Primary Care management for the set amount of $99 per month, for those unable to commit to an annual plan. With labs at cost, and deeply discounted. Enrollment in our Annual Membership plan includes your annual visit, one full set of labs, and 3 additional visits to be used over the year. Discounts on all other services obtained at during your membership period. Discounts for additional family members or small business employees added on during your membership period.
